This House of Books will be a comfortable place to relax, surrounded by a carefully-curated collection of books. What better complement could there be than a carefully-curated selection of tea to settle down with?
Our tea bar began five years ago in Red Lodge Books & Tea with a few dozen varieties of tea. It became swiftly obvious what a perfect fit it was. The same people who want to pick up a physical book rather than an ebook are the ones who’d rather relax with a cup of fresh-steeped premium tea than grab a cup of coffee on the run.
Our tea bar will open with about 150 varieties of tea and herbs sourced from all over the world. The store’s general manager (Gary Robson) and tea bar manager (Gwen Gunn) have spent years developing connections in India, Kenya, China, Japan, Sri Lanka, Argentina, and other key locations. In addition to serving quality single-ingredient teas, we also create dozens of our own blends on premises as part of the Made in Montana program.
Whether you’re looking for bulk tea, specialty tea drinks by the cup, teaware, or accessories, we’re proud to be your source.
During the transition period as we prepare to open This House of Books in Billings, the tea is available for online purchase at RedLodgeTea.com.
